Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Supervise the production floor, monitor processes, and ensure smooth, effective operations.
- Scheduling & Planning: Create and manage daily/weekly schedules, assign tasks, set targets, and allocate resources.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate production staff; delegate responsibilities and foster a positive work culture.
- Quality & Safety: Enforce safety guidelines and company standards, ensure equipment maintenance, and monitor output quality.
- Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Reporting: Submit production reports, analyze data, and communicate progress to higher management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
