Role Overview
The IT Recruiter (Domestic Hiring) will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for various technical roles across our Indian clients. The role requires solid sourcing capabilities, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of IT skills and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
Use advanced search techniques, including Boolean search, for niche/critical IT roles.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring requirements.

Coordination & Hiring Process
Follow up for feedback, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth communication.
4. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate records in ATS/Excel and generate daily/weekly MIS reports.
Track metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment (Domestic hiring within India).
Strong understanding of IT skills, stacks, and current market trends.
Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and Boolean search.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple requirements.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
