1.Physiotherapy
- Physical assessment of all patients as per the protocol.
- Maintaining reports and recommendations of the assessment.
- Liaising with the physician whenever necessary.
- Conducting physical activities as per the time table.
- Facilitate Yoga Sessions as per necessity.
- Supervising all the physical activities and ensuring safety of the clients during physical activity sessions
- To assist in developing recent activities & programs aimed at physical wellbeing of residents.
- Planning and executing treatment for residents.
- Monitoring of transfer techniques.
- Assess nutrition requirements of residents.
2.Engagement of Resident Patients
- Conducting physical activities as per the schedule.
- Physical exercise
- Agility Programme for patients who are immensely mobile.
- Group exercise for wheel chair bound and less mobile patients.
- Music Therapy
- Facilitate music sessions with drums, tambourines.
- Usage of head phones to play songs for cognitively challenged patients.
- Sensory Stimulation Therapy
- Usage of prickly balls, colourful lights, sensory boards for the sensory seeking patients.
- Pain and Mobility management.
- Supervising all the physical activities and ensuring safety of the patients during physical activity sessions
3.Training
- Training Nursing Aides and other staff with relevance to fall prevention, transfer techniques, active & passive exercise.
- PCC - Person Centred Care approach
4.General
- Visit Sandhya kirana Home twice in a week (or more often as per requirements) and other centres if desired by the Centre Manager.
- Should be ready to supervise the normal centre activities in case of Centre Manager being on leave or duty elsewhere.
- Any other responsibility as assigned by the reporting authority / Trustees.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
