About the team and the role:
Intuit Credit Karma seeks a visionary Staff Data Scientist who will revolutionize our recommendation engine in ad technology by harnessing the latest advancements in machine learning and GenAI. As a technical leader and mentor, you will drive the development of next-generation AI-powered monetization strategies, collaborating and communicating with leadership across all lines of business, including their respective engineering, product, partnerships, and analytics teams.

A solid background in data science and machine learning paired with excellent communication skills, you will architect and implement scalable solutions w/ cross-team alignment that create the best ML-driven experiences for our members, propelling lifetime value and revenue growth for the company and partners. - Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to architect and implement cutting edge machine learning systems at scale, driving technical strategy and roadmap for AI capabilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for current and future ML capabilities as it relates to ad recommendations, with a focus on GenAI and Agentic systems
- Design and develop large-scale AI systems, leveraging expertise to evolve current systems and create competitive advantages in ad tech
