Job Objective:
To ensure accurate, attractive, and compliant product listings across e-commerce platforms by managing end-to-end cataloguing activities, improving product visibility, and supporting online sales growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Product Cataloguing & Listing
- Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
- Upload accurate product data including titles, descriptions, bullet points, specifications, and keywords
- Ensure correct category mapping, attributes, variations (size, color, SKU)
- Maintain brand guidelines and platform-specific listing standards

Content & Quality Management
- Optimize product titles and descriptions for SEO and platform search algorithms
- Coordinate with design/photography team for product images, videos, and creatives
- Ensure image quality, resolution, and compliance with marketplace norms
- Regularly audit listings to correct errors, duplicates, or suppression issues

Pricing & Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing updates and stock availability




- Ensure correct MRP, selling price, discounts, and offers are reflected
- Support inventory mapping and SKU management

Marketplace Compliance
- Ensure listings comply with marketplace policies and legal requirements
- Handle listing rejections, suppression, and error resolutions
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for listing issues

Performance Monitoring
- Track listing performance (views, conversions, rankings)
- Suggest improvements based on performance data and customer feedback
- Support promotional campaigns, deals, and festive sales

Documentation & MIS
- Maintain cataloguing trackers, SKU masters, and product databases
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Robust attention to detail
- Good written communication skills
- Basic understanding of SEO and keywords
- Ability to manage bulk uploads and data accuracy
