Job Title: Assistant Supervisor (Electrical)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Supervisor (Electrical) to plan, execute, and deliver electrical projects on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and maintain all electrical systems including LT/HT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, and lighting systems
- Monitor daily electrical operations and preventive maintenance schedules
- Supervise electricians and ensure work is completed as per safety standards
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve technical issues.
- Review drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and work execution.
- Manage site team.




- Prepare progress reports
- Assist in audits, inspections, and emergency breakdown handling

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Supervisor or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and standards.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Prior experience in managing electrical works for hotel or hospitality projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
