About the Role

Vikaasa is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Global Care Officer (Customer Relations Executive) to manage parent communication and ensure an exceptional parent experience.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving concerns with empathy, and building solid relationships within a school community.

Key ResponsibilitiesParent Support & Communication
- Maintain accurate records of parent interactions for follow-ups and reporting

Helpdesk & Call Handling
- Manage incoming calls and requests related to academics, transport, fees, and general school operations




- Escalate concerns to the appropriate departments and ensure resolution within defined timelines

Parent Engagement
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents to enhance trust and satisfaction
- Encourage parent participation in school activities and support referral initiatives

Withdrawal & Feedback Management
- Coordinate with parents requesting withdrawals to understand their concerns
- Collect feedback and share insights with school management for improvement

Parent Satisfaction & Service Quality
- Support initiatives aimed at improving overall parent satisfaction
- Work closely with internal teams to implement process improvements based on parent feedback

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, parent relations, front office, or a similar role (school experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Polite, empathetic, and solution-oriented approac
