Job Description: Customer Service & Parent Interface Associate

Position Overview

This is a customer service and parent interfacing role at our after-school and weekend learning brand that focuses on engaging parents, managing inquiries, and supporting program retention. Freshers are welcome, with strong communication skills required and child-handling experience as a plus. The position offers a hybrid work model, blending daily center hours with remote flexibility.

- Key Responsibilities
- Nurture leads by following up with prospective parents to guide them toward enrollment.
- Engage existing parents for retention through regular check-ins,



feedback collection, and issue resolution.
- Maintain and update the customer database, tracking interactions and program details.
- Assist in program management tasks, such as scheduling support or on-site coordination when at the center.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years corporate experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for parent interactions.
- Experience handling children (e.g., tutoring, camps) is a bonus.
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools or databases; quick learner preferred.
- Comfortable in hybrid setup: 3-4 hours daily at Chennai center, rest remote.
