Motion Graphics Animator

Objective
We are looking for a creative and technically strong Motion Graphics Animator to bring our brand stories, campaigns, and product narratives to life through motion. This role will focus on creating high-quality animations, micro-interactions, social media videos, explainers, and performance creatives across all group brands under our organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics, animations, and short-form videos with Voice feature for social media, websites, apps, and marketing campaigns.
- Design and animate Lottie files, micro-interactions, loaders, and UI animations for digital products.
- Develop engaging reels, explainers, campaign videos, and brand stories.
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to translate ideas into motion.
- Optimize animations for performance, responsiveness, and platform-specific requirements.
- Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines across all motion assets.
- Use AI tools smartly and selectively to enhance motion depth, transitions,



and ideation - without compromising originality.
- Experiment with new motion styles, formats, and tools to keep content fresh and modern.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.

Required Skills & Tools
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effectsand Premiere Pro.
- Hands-on experience with Lottie / LottieLabs for social, web and app animations.
- Working knowledge of Spline 3D for interactive and 3D motion visuals.
- Experience with Cavalry or similar procedural motion tools.
- Valuable understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, composition).
- Ability to export optimized assets for social, web, and app environments.

AI and Modern Motion
- Smart use of AI tools for ideation, motion enhancement, and workflow efficiency.
- Ability to blend human creativity with AI-assisted depth, transitions, or effects.
- Strong judgment on where AI adds value and where handcrafted motion is es
