Job Description: Customer Support Representative (Food Industry - Fresher)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist the in-house sales team with lead follow-ups, quotations, and order confirmations.
- Order Management: Process customer orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Issue Resolution: Handle complaints and provide effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service reports.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, logistics, and quality teams to ensure seamless service.
- Feedback Loop: Collect customer insights and share with product and sales teams for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Dairy Technology, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food products, safety, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fresh graduates welcome; training will be provided.
