Administer and support ERP software (e.g., SAP, Progen, Microsoft Dynamics, Soham, etc.).
- Generate MIS reports.
- Ensure smooth and seamless integration of ERP software with other internal systems.
- Provide technical support to ERP end-users, troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
- Perform routine ERP system maintenance, including updates, patches, and backups.
- Monitor system performance, perform audits, and ensure compliance with best practices and security standards.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure ERP software meets business needs and helps streamline workflows.
- Implement and maintain ERP system customizations and configurations as required.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator with hands-on experience in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Progen, Microsoft Dynamics, Soham, etc.) in the Pharma Industry.




- Solid understanding of ERP system architecture, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with server, network, and database administration.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve ERP software-related issues.
- Proficiency in cloud-based ERP solutions and SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with system security, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and technical support skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) and ERP-specific certifications are a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
