Key Responsibilities1. Production Planning & Execution
- Execute daily production plans as per schedule.
- Ensure optimum utilization of Laser/Shearing/Bending/Grinding machines.
- Monitor production output and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with planning team for priority jobs and schedule changes.

2. Team Supervision
- Supervise machine operators and shop floor workers.
- Allocate work based on skill matrix and production requirements.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and shift management.
- Conduct on-the-job training for operators.

3. Quality Control
- Ensure adherence to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Quality team for in-process inspections.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and scrap levels.
- Ensure calibration and proper use of measuring instruments.

4. Machine & Maintenance Coordination
- Monitor machine health and report breakdowns.




- Coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure proper tooling management and tool life monitoring.

5. Safety & Compliance
- Enforce safety procedures and PPE compliance.
- Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in the machine shop.
- Ensure compliance with ISO / quality management systems.
- Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks.

6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily production reports.
- Track OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
- Report productivity, rejection rates, and downtime analysis.
- Maintain shift handover records.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
