Operations are presently handled from the Founder’s personal setup (room-based), but the long-term vision is crystal clear:
Vision: Build a strong interior and consultancy brand with 250+ projects in coming years.

We are looking for a CEO who can become the pillar and backbone of this company.

Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

A true leadership role for someone who is ready to grow a company from zero to success, together with the Founder.

Detailed CEO Responsibilities (Long, Complete)1️ Vision & Strategy Development
- Build long-term and short-term strategies
- Execute Founder’s vision in practical form
- Create growth roadmaps and expansion plans
- Understand interior market trends

2️ Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Bring interior design & consultancy projects
- Meet clients from Gujarati/Marwadi communities
- Attend site visits, handle field meetings
- Convert leads into clients
- Build partnerships with builders, vendors & suppliers

3️ Team Building & Management
- Hire designers, supervisors, contractors, vendors
- Build a professional structured working team
- Train and guide new members
- Manage quality, deadlines, and coordination

4️ Office Setup (Starts Immediately After Joining)
