Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive (Ad Sales) for a field-based role. This position requires meeting clients in person, generating business opportunities, and closing deals related to digital advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Meet potential clients (B2B) and pitch digital advertising services.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable advertising solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Submit daily field reports and sales updates.

Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (mandatory).
- Proven experience in B2B or field sales.
- Knowledge of digital advertising and marketing solutions.
- Target-oriented mindset with solid negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
