We are looking for a presentable, confident and camera-friendly qualified who can manage bridal sales, customer styling, CRM, and also create engaging social media content as a brand influencer. The role requires someone who can represent the brand, convert walk-in customers, and consistently create content to drive store visits and online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Influencer & Content Creation:
- Create regular Instagram reels, stories & posts featuring store collections
- Act as brand face for try-ons, styling videos & product showcases
- Plan and shoot in-store content independently or with team
- Assist in content ideas, trends & scripting
- Engage with followers and respond to basic inquiries (as per guidelines)
- Support campaigns, launches & promotions through personal + brand account

Bridal Sales & Customer Handling:
- Handle walk-in bridal, trousseau & occasion wear clients
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand customer needs, budgets & timelines
- Style clients and create complete looks (outfit, dupatta,



accessories, mix & match)
- Close sales and drive upselling & cross-selling
- Manage trials, fittings & delivery coordination
- Ensure high-quality customer experience from first visit to final delivery

CRM, Follow-ups & Telecalling:
- Maintain accurate customer records including wedding dates, orders & follow-ups
- Regular follow-up with leads, trials, balance payments & deliveries
- Telecalling old customers, inquiries & referrals to generate store visits
- Appointment booking and confirmations
- Referral generation and repeat customer management

Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation:
- Style mannequins and in-store displays
- Maintain attractive store presentation
- Highlight new arrivals and bestsellers on floor
- Support window and display changes

Pay: ₹9,855.07 - ₹25,000.00 per month
