About the Role - Diploma Educator (New Centre Launch)

As a Diploma Educator at Bright Steps Academy Victor Harbor / Chiton, you will play an important role in launching and building a high-quality early learning workplace. You will:
- Create nurturing, engaging learning environments that support each child's development
- Work collaboratively with educators to deliver quality programs aligned with the EYLF
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support the development of daily routines, room set-up, and learning spaces in a brand new centre
- Contribute to planning, documentation, and reflective practice to meet quality standards
- Maintain safe supervision and promote inclusion, wellbeing, and belonging for every child
- Ensure practices align with the NQF, EYLF, and Child Safe Standards
