Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
- Upload and update product details, pricing, images, and descriptions
- Monitor daily orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order fulfillment
- Track inventory levels and ensure stock availability online
- Handle basic customer queries related to orders and products
- Run and monitor platform offers, discounts, and deals
- Analyze sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with marketing team for banners, promotions, and campaigns
- Ensure platform compliance and resolve listing or account issues

Skills & Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations
- Hands-on experience with marketplaces or Shopify/WooCommerce
- Basic understanding of online pricing, promotions, and inventory
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines





Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience in FMCG / F&B; / D2C brands
- Knowledge of Quick commerce
- Basic understanding of digital marketing & performance reports
