Role Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development:Design and develop training materials, manuals, and online courses that cover all aspects of food preparation, safety, and customer service.
- Implementation and Delivery:Conduct training sessions for recent and

existing franchisees and their teams, ensuring all participants understand

and adhere to company standards and procedures.
- Ongoing Support:Provide continuous support and coaching to franchisees,

addressing any training-related issues and offering solutions to improve

performance and compliance.
- Quality Assurance:Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training

programs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the highest

standards of food quality and service.




- Compliance:Ensure all training programs meet local, state, and federal

food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Performance Metrics:Track and report on key performance indicators(KPIs)

related to training effectiveness, food quality, customer satisfaction and

compliance.
- Collaboration:Work closely with other departments, including operations,

marketing, and human resources, to align training initiatives with overall

company goals and strategies.
- Innovation:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in food

service training and incorporate new methods and technologies into

training programs.

Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills):
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive Training experience including training managerial responsibilities, preferably within a FMCG Company.
- Comprehensive knowledge of QSR Models and food service training
