Job description:
BillCut is looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller - Sales professional to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining our services, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Explain BillCut’s products/services clearly and effectively.
- Convince customers to sign up or make a purchase.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi and English; regional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
