We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Operations & Billing Specialist to manage data integrity and reporting across multiple sites. You will be the bridge between site operations and final financial reporting.
The Role
- Audit & Verify: Ensure raw data from various sites is accurate and compliant.
- Analyze & Compile: Transform site data into organized, high-level reports.
- Billing & Reporting: Prepare professional bills and performance reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate: Act as the central point of contact for site managers to streamline data flow.
Must-Haves
- 8+ years of professional experience in data, billing, or operations.
- Advanced Excel Skills: (Lookups, pivots, and data visualization).
- Solid Communication: Ability to manage and coordinate with multiple remote sites.
Highly Desirable
- Direct experience working with or for the government sector.
- Direct experience of working in the Infra/ Construction sector
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 4 years (required)
- Government Contract: 4 years (preferred)
- Construction / Infra: 4 years (preferred)
