Job Title: Network Technician
Location: Noida 62
Department: IT / Infrastructure
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Set up and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
- Manage server connectivity and cloud integration
- Ensure network security including firewall configuration and antivirus protection
- Provide technical support to developers and office staff
- Maintain backup systems and disaster recovery procedures
- Configure and support VPN access for remote teams
- Document network configurations and maintain technical records
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for service issues

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Reverse DNS and firewall configuration
- Experience with routers, switches, and network monitoring tools




- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software network issues
- Good problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent
- Experience in web hosting environments or development offices
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
