Lead small-group outdoor experiences (e.g. lead treks, Fishing trips, kayaking).
- Ensure guest safety, comfort, and engagement throughout the experience.
Requirements:
- Goan or Based in Goa
- Comfortable leading small groups outdoors
- Strong communication skills in English (Foreign languages a plus) Very Key.
- Swimmer, Physically fit and confident in natural settings (e.g. Swimming, trekking)
- Travelling to different hosting locations around Goa.
- Early Riser.
- Friendly, responsible, and calm under pressure.
- Passion for local culture, nature, and storytelling
- Prior guiding or hospitality experience is a bonus — but not required
