Job Title: Logistics Executive

Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Experience: 1-3 Years in Logistics / Supply Chain (Quick Commerce / FMCG / E-commerce preferred)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end handling of quick commerce dispatches (Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit, Flipkart Quick, etc.) from appointment booking to completion.
- Appointment scheduling and coordination with distribution centres (DCs) and dark stores.
- Daily follow-ups for appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and closures.
- Ensure Turn-Around Time (TAT) adherence as per agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate closely with transporters, warehouse teams, and marketplace partners for smooth dispatch operations.
- Monitor proof of delivery (POD), delivery status, rejections, short deliveries, and exceptions.
- Handle operational issues such as labelling errors, space constraints, appointment delays, and system exceptions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily and weekly MIS reports covering dispatch status, delivery performance, pendencies, and TAT metrics.




- Effectively manage escalations with logistics partners and internal stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
- Maintain system updates and logs in ERP/portal-based booking systems.

Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of quick commerce logistics workflows, including appointment-based deliveries.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Experience with ERP/portal-based booking systems and logistics tracking tools.
- Ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive dispatches and work under pressure.
- Positive analytical skills with attention to detail for reporting and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics software is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or related roles; experience in Quick Commerce / FMCG / E-commerce logistics preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Man
