About Us:
Job Summary:
We are looking for agile and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives who can handle cold calling, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into course enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Explain Oracle Fusion training programs and their career benefits.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales / tele-calling / education sales.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales.




- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred:
- Experience in selling training courses or educational programs.
- Experience in ERP/IT training sales is an added advantage.

Salary:
Fixed salary + Attractive incentives based on performance.

Pay: ₹11,693.85 - ₹39,131.87 per month
