Job Title: Marketing Executive - Building Material Products

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Marketing Executive to promote and market building material products. The role involves field marketing, dealer and distributor coordination, lead generation, and brand promotion in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market building material products to builders, contractors, architects, and dealers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers
- Identify current markets, projects, and business opportunities
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions
- Support sales team in lead generation and conversion
- Execute marketing activities such as branding, product launches, and promotional campaigns
- Collect market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, dispatch,



and customer support

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of building materials such as cement, TMT bars, tiles, plywood, AAC blocks, paint, or similar products
- Ability to handle field marketing and meet sales targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
- Good understanding of local construction market and dealer network

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field
- Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered

Experience
- 1-5 years of experience in marketing or sales of building material products
- Freshers with strong communication skills and field readiness can also apply

Other Requirements
- Two-wheeler mandatory
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
