Job Title: Senior Faculty - Mathematics (Boards & IIT-JEE)

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Academic Delivery: Conduct engaging lectures that simplify complex mathematical concepts for both board exams and competitive levels.
- Curriculum Alignment: Ensure 100% coverage of the NCERT/ICSE syllabus while integrating higher-level problem-solving techniques required for JEE.
- Content Development: Design and curate high-quality study material, daily practice problems (DPPs), and mock tests.
- Mentorship: Monitor student progress, provide personalized feedback, and conduct doubt-clearing sessions to ensure no student is left behind.
- Strategy: Teach "short-cut" methods and time-management techniques specifically for competitive entrance exams.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. in Mathematics or a related field from a reputed institution.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in teaching Mathematics for JEE and Boards.
- Subject Mastery: Deep understanding of Calculus, Algebra, Coordinate Geometry, and Trigonometry at an advanced level.




- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to use digital teaching tools (Smartboards, Pen tablets) is a plus.
