Job Title: Digital Printing Machine OperatorJob Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Operate digital printing machines (e.g., HP Indigo, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Canon, etc.)
- Set up print jobs based on work orders and customer specifications
- Monitor print quality, color consistency, and alignment
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical or software issues
- Load paper, ink, toner, and other materials as required
- Ensure proper file setup and compatibility before printing
- Maintain production logs and job records
- Coordinate with design and production teams to meet deadlines
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work setting

Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Printing Technology preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience operating digital printing machines
- Knowledge of color management and print finishing processes
- Familiarity with RIP software and print workflows




- Basic troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Basic computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-format or commercial digital printers
- Knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW)
- Understanding of different paper types and substrates

Working Conditions
- Production/printing environment
- May require standing for long hours
- Ability to lift paper rolls and materials (up to 20-25 kg)
