Job Title: Sales Support

Job Summary

The Sales Support role is responsible for managing end‑to‑end purchase order (PO) processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting order booking activities for the T&T; business. This position plays a critical role in operational efficiency by maintaining data integrity, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring timely resolution of PO and order‑related issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the customer PO validation mailbox, ensuring timely review, response, and routing.
- Perform PO validation and updates, confirming accuracy and compliance with internal requirements.
- Upload POs into Units systems and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Track and resolve PO‑related issues, coordinating with Sales, Billing,



and other support teams as needed.
- Create MCNs (Manufacturing Change Notices) as required for order processing.
- Coordinate with the GSS Team to facilitate non‑Cisco PID creation.
- Work with the SDO Team on Services PID creation.
- Execute backlog order booking, ensuring alignment with internal policies and timelines.
- Process backlog cancellations in accordance with approved procedures.
- Manage the T&T; Dashboard - Order Booking Tracker, ensuring the dashboard is accurately updated and maintained.
- Maintain data integrity across the Order Tracker Dashboard and other operational tools.
