Job Title: Draftsman - Building Construction (Mega Projects)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed presentation, submission, and working drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Develop architectural, structural, and MEP drawings as per project specifications and industry standards.
- Handle execution drawings and coordinate with site teams for smooth implementation.
- Revise and update drawings based on design changes, authority comments, and client requirements.
- Prepare BOQ (added advantage).
- Create 3D models and visualizations using Revit/AutoCAD.
- Ensure compliance with UDCPR, PMRDA DCR, and relevant building regulations.
- Liaison knowledge with PMC, PCMC, and PMRDA (added advantage).
- Interpret DP, RP, CCZM, PRIMOVE maps, etc.
- Basic knowledge of RERA area calculations and required certifications.
- Maintain proper documentation, revisions,



and quality control of all drawings.

Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Tech/Diploma in Architecture.
- AutoCAD & Revit Certified (Professional/User).
- 10+ years of drafting experience in large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and execution processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office (Navisworks preferred).
- Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and strong team player with good communication skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
