About the Role

Responsibilities
- You will run retention campaigns through SMS, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
- Develop and optimize customer journeys and lifecycle communications to improve retention.
- Track how campaigns are performing - including open rates, clicks, conversions, and repeat purchases




- Use AI tools to enhance campaign planning, content, segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, present updates in client calls, and recommend strategies to improve engagement and retention.

Who Should Apply
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in retention, lifecycle, CRM, or digital/performance marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of AI tools and their practical use in marketing workflows.
- Robust understanding of marketing fundamentals, including customer funnels, segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel for performance tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
