Corporate Sales / Business Development

The Corporate Sales Lead will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, corporate partnerships and revenue growth for the company. The role involves identifying prospective organisations, engaging senior decision-makers, presenting solutions, negotiating commercials, executing agreements and developing long-term corporate relationships.

Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.

Generate qualified business opportunities through direct prospecting, references, networking and partnerships.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to commercial negotiation and agreement closure.

Drive sales of HRMS, Smart Email, Employee Advance Salary and other Arham Fintech solutions.





Identify opportunities for cross-selling multiple solutions within existing corporate accounts.

Coordinate with technology, operations, finance, legal and implementation teams for smooth client onboarding.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and business MIS.

Participate in business meetings, networking forums and industry events as required.

Mandatory Sales Eligibility

Candidates must have a demonstrated and verifiable corporate/B2B sales track record of:

Proven experience in independently acquiring and closing corporate accounts

Consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets

Previous sales performance may be validated during the recruitment process.

Experience & Qualification

Relevant experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales or Enterprise Sales

Experience in SaaS, HR Tech, HRMS, Fintech, Payroll, Employee Benefits, Enterprise Software or related corporate solutions preferred

Graduate degree required; M
