- Minimum 1 yearof solid, continuous work experience with a single company N
- No employment break during the relevant experience period N
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads N

n n META ADS – Must Have Hands-on Experience

- Lead Generation Campaigns N
- Awareness Campaigns N
- Engagement Campaigns N
- Saved Audiencesn
- Custom Audiences N
- Lookalike Audiences N
- Conversion Tracking N
- Conversion API (CAPI) setup & implementation N

n n GOOGLE ADS – Must Have Hands-on Experience

- Troubleshooting tracking-related issues N

n n ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate with Meta & Google Support Teams for account, campaign, tracking and technical issues N
- Take ownership of performance marketing campaigns from setup to optimization N
- Analyse campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements N
- Lead the performance marketing function N
- Manage and guide a teamof 2–3 people N
- Ensure timely execution, reporting and optimization
