N n Key Responsibilities:
N n Digital Design:

- Create visually compelling designs for digital platforms,including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online ads. N
- Design visually compelling presentation decks and RFP response materials, translating complex information into clear, engaging narratives that align with brand guidelines. N
- Work on collaterals such as brochures, whitepapers, and event materials, ensuring they meet the given guidelines. N
- Design and produce video content for marketing campaigns, including promotional videos, tutorials, and social media content. N

n n Collaboration & Project Management:

- Work closely withother designers, the marketing team, and various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to specification. N
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quick and efficient execution in a fast-paced environment. N

n n Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in graphic design,



with a strong portfolio showcasing work in digital media, video editing, and motion graphics. N
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop,Illustrator, and After Effects. Familiarity with Premiere Pro and XD is a plus. N
- Experience with video editing and producing content for various digital platforms. N
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus and would set you apart. N
- Strong understanding ofmodern design trends and the ability to adapt to different brand styles. N
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced marketing team. N
- Excellent communicationand collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. N
