- Lead end to end BIS compliance and product certification activities. N
- Own product registration, testing, certification, BIS marking, renewal and surveillance requirements. N
- Drive documentation, testing and final registration for BIS certification. N
- Coordinate with BIS authorities, testing laboratories, certification agencies and relevant government departments. N
- Manage DPIIT-related certification and compliance requirements. N
- Monitor changes in GoI regulations and assess their impact on company products. N
- Ensure compliance at warehouse and import level as per applicable GoI rules. N
- Maintain product compliance trackers, certificates, test reports and regulatory documentation. N
- Manage regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of observations. N
- Coordinate with business, product, supply chain, service and other internal stakeholders. N




- Guide new product launches/configurations from a regulatory compliance perspective. N
- Support E-waste and Plastic Waste/EPR compliance wherever applicable. N
- Liaise with industry associations and relevant government bodies. N
- Identify compliance risks and proactively recommend corrective/preventive actions. N
- Representing BIN at various Industry Association (CII/FICCI/MAIT, etc). N
