The Receptionist will provide qualified front-desk support, manage patient registration and appointments, assist with patient flow, and ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Manage incoming calls and provide accurate information as per hospital protocols.

Coordinate with doctors, optometry, counselling, billing, nursing, OT, and other departments for smooth patient flow.

Maintain accurate patient registration, appointment, and front-office records.

Assist patients with OPD procedures, billing, documentation, and other formalities.

Handle patient queries and complaints politely and escalate clinical or sensitive matters to the concerned department.

Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and professional.





Support the hospital in maintaining a positive patient experience.

Participate in hospital camps, awareness programs, meetings, training, and other assigned activities.

Graduate in any discipline; healthcare/hospital experience preferred.

~1–2 years of experience in reception, front office, hospital, clinic, or customer service preferred.

~ Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.

Good computer and basic documentation skills.

Fluency in Hindi and basic English preferred.

Experience in a healthcare setting.
