Experience N0–2 Years
Salary N₹25,000 – ₹30,000per month

Key Responsibilities N

- Connect with and counsel working professionals regarding career development programs. N
- Generate sales through cold calling and lead follow-ups. N
- Understand candidate profiles and promote suitable management programs. N
- Build and maintain relationships through calls, meetings, and emails. N
- Maintain candidate databases and records. N
- Achieve monthly sales targets. N
- Follow complete pre-sales and post-sales processes. N
- Actively contribute as a team player and drive business growth. N
