Job Description Visa Roots one of Kerala's most reputed visa and travel management companies, proudly based in Cochin is expanding its team We're seeking an experienced and detail-driven Visa Officer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-first environment and brings solid knowledge of visa and immigration processes to the table.
N n Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end visa and immigration processes for clients
N
- Guide clients through document verification, application completion, appointment scheduling & follow-ups
N
- Ensure timely, accuratesubmission of all applications in compliance with government regulations
N
- Prepare visa fee quotations and respond to detailed client inquiries
N
- Stay current on visa regulations, embassy updates & immigration legislation changes
N
- Take full ownership of assigned cases and keep clients updated at every stage
N
- Foster lasting relationships with clients and contribute positively to the team




N n Experience and skills:
N
- Bachelor's in Travel & Tourism, Business Admin or related field
N
- 1–3 years in visa application processing
N
- Proficient in MS Office(Word & Excel)
N
- Excellent written & verbal English communication
N
- Strong attention to detail & a customer-first mindset
N
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
