N nCore Responsibilities
N● Project Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end delivery of software projects, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to final deployment and post-launch review.
N● Sprint Orchestration: Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to maintain team velocity and focus.
N● Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business leadership, providing regular updates on project health, milestones, and potential blockers.
N● Resource Allocation: Manage developer and designer workloads to ensure optimal distribution of tasks based on priority, skill set, and deadlines.
N● Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical or operational risks, developing contingency plans to prevent project delays or budget overruns.
N● Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including functional specifications, roadmaps,
and progress reports using tools like Jira, Linear, or Asana.
N● Quality Assurance Alignment: Coordinate with QA teams to ensure that all deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria and high-performance standards before release.
N nTechnical & Professional Qualifications
N● Project Leadership Experience: 5+ years of
Nmanaging software development projects within a rapid-paced technology environment.
N● Agile Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks, with a proven ability to adapt these methodologies to suit team dynamics.
N● SDLC Knowledge: A strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including an understanding of how backend, frontend, and infrastructure teams interact.
N● Management Tool Proficiency: Expert-level experience with project management software (Jira, Confluence, Trello) and version control workflows (GitHub/GitLab).
