About the Role We are looking for a Senior Immigration Sales Executive – Team Coordination who will primarily handle sales, client communication and conversions , while also coordinating the day-to-day activities of a small team of 3–4 members.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of daily activities, guide junior team members and ensure that sales and immigration file-related work is completed properly and on time.

Understand client requirements and explain suitable immigration/education services.

Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Handle client queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

Track individual and team performance.





Support team members with difficult client conversations and sales situations.

Conduct basic daily/weekly performance reviews.

Guide junior team members and help them improve their sales performance.

Immigration File Coordination

Ensure sales commitments are properly communicated to the processing team.

Maintain basic reports related to leads, sales, conversions and file status.

1–4 years of relevant experience in immigration, study abroad, education consultancy, sales, telecalling, client relationship management or a similar field.

~ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

~ Good sales, convincing and negotiation abilities.

~ Valuable knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets and basic reporting.

~ Previous experience in immigration or overseas education sales will be an advantage.
