N nRole: Head Caregiver
NExperience: Prior managerial experience handling attendants and nurses (compulsory)
NExpertise: Nursing / Elderly Care / Team Management
N nResponsibilities:
NLead, supervise, and roster the team of attendants and nurses
NSupport hiring and onboarding of attendants during the early growth phase
NCreate and implement SOPs, checklists, and training material for attendants
NEnsure quality and consistency of care delivered at client homes




NHandle client and family escalations, feedback, and care reviews
NWork directly with the founder on service standards and team expansion
N nRequirements:
NNursing background is compulsory
NProven experience managing attendants and nursing staff
NStrong people management and communication skills
NAbility to build processes and documentation from scratch
NEmpathetic, patient, and dependable approach towards elderly care
