Job Description Job Title: Atlassian Administrator / Jira Specialist

N Key Responsibilities:

- Administer, configure, and maintain Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket . N
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions tailored to business requirements. N
- Perform Jira configuration, customization, and workflow management . N
- Manage projectsetup, maintenance, and migration activities. N
- Configure and support Atlassian Cloud environments . N
- Develop automation scripts using Python or other scripting languages for reporting and process improvements. N
- Integrate Jira and Confluence with third-party tools and systems . N
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. N
- Present and explain technical solutions in a explicit, business-friendly manner . N
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability of Atlassian platforms. N

- Strong expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket). N
- Deep hands-on experience in Jira administration, configuration, and customization . N
- Experience in Atlassian Cloud configuration and management . N
- Proficiency in scripting (Python or similar) for automation and reporting. N
- Experience in integrating Atlassian tools with third-party applications . N
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. N
- Excellent communicationand stakeholder management skills. N
