Ncreative team execute faster. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and can move confidently
Nbetween packaging, campaigns, digital, social media and marketing collateral.
NThe ideal candidate is a strong executor with good visual judgement—someone who can take a brief,
Nunderstand the requirement, and deliver polished work with minimal supervision.
N KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create and adapt packaging artwork across multiple SKUs and formats.
N
- Develop social media creatives, campaign assets and digital banners.
N
- Adapt campaign key visuals across multiple formats and platforms.
N
- Design website, e-commerce and other digital marketing assets.
N
- Create presentations, internal communication material and marketing collateral.
N
- Handle image editing, retouching, compositing and basic photo manipulation.
N
- Prepare production-ready artwork with robust attention to technical details.
N




- Work within establishedbrand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
N
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, copy and product teams.
N
- Manage multiple design requirements and deadlines simultaneously.
N
- Incorporate feedback quickly while maintaining quality and design intent.
N
- Use AI-assisted design tools where they improve speed, exploration or execution.
N REQUIREMENTS
n
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
N
- Strong command of AdobePhotoshop and Illustrator.
N
- Good understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
N
- Experience working across both digital and print.
N
- Understanding of packaging and print production is a strong advantage.
N
- Ability to work within an existing design system while maintaining consistency.

- Strong attention to detail and quality.
