NRole Overview
nWe are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing and design team. In this role, you will produce high-quality visual content across digital and print channels, transforming concepts into engaging assets that align with our brand identity and engage our target audience.
NKey Responsibilities

- Visual Content Creation: Design digital marketing graphics, social media assets, ad creatives, email banners, website visuals, and print collaterals (flyers, brochures, packaging). N
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual materials strictly adhere to our brand guidelines while continually evolving our creative aesthetic. N
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, marketing teams, and project managers to understand campaign goals and translate briefs into visual solutions. N
- Production & Pre-Press: Prepare final layout files for digital distribution and print production,



ensuring correct dimensions, resolution, and color profiles. N
- Iterative Design: Present concepts, incorporate feedback from stakeholders, and refine designs to meet project goals and deadlines. N

nRequirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house). N
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling across print and digital media. N
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus) and digital design tools like Figma or Canva. N
- Soft Skills: Excellent visual communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines. N
