nThis is a strategic product leadership role responsible for shaping the digital product vision, strategy and roadmap for Agency and Direct channels, with significant influence on business growth, productivity and distributor experience.

- Own the digital productstrategy and roadmap for proprietary channels

- Lead large-scale digital transformation across sales and distribution journeys

- Drive customer-centric product innovation and adoption

- Re-engineer processes to improve productivity and business outcomes

- Partner closely with Business, Technology, Engineering and Architecture leadership

N nIdeal Profile
n✔️ 15–20 years of overall experience with significant Product Management leadership
N✔️ Solid experience building and scaling digital products in BFSI
N✔️ Life Insurance experience strongly preferred
N✔️ Proven ownership of product strategy, vision and large-scale roadmaps
N✔️ Experience working with distribution-led business models
N✔️ Strong business, technology and stakeholder management orientation
N✔️ Demonstrated people leadership and ability to lead large transformation agendas
