Job Description About the Role
NYou will be responsible for building deep relationships with enterprise supply chain, procurement, and operations leaders, driving solution-led selling, and closing long-term, high-value logistics contracts.

- Own enterprise revenue targets with a focus on 4-wheeler, intra-city, and mid-mile logistics. N
- Build a strong pipelineof large enterprises, national accounts, and regional conglomerates. N
- Drive multi-city and multi-location rollouts for enterprise customers. N
- Lead complex sales cycles involving procurement, finance, operations, and leadership teams. N
- Design customized logistics solutions including dedicated fleets, scheduled routes, SLAs, and capacity commitments. N
- Negotiate long-term contracts, pricing structures, and commercial terms. N
- Target enterprise segments such as E-commerce & Marketplaces, Quick Commerce. N
- Position Pidge as a strategic logistics partner, not a transactional vendor. N
- Own post-deal growth byexpanding wallet share across regions, use cases, and service lines.

- Ensure high customer retention by working closely with operations and fleet teams. N
- Identify opportunities for dedicated fleets, peak-capacity planning, and long-term volume commitments. N
- Work closely with operations, fleet, product, and finance teams to ensure enterprise-grade execution. N
- Provide structured feedback from enterprise customers to improve service quality and product capabilities. N
- Contribute to pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, and regional expansion initiatives. N
- Track regional logistics demand, fleet utilization trends, and competitor offerings. N
- Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, and enterprise pipeline visibility. N
- Represent South India business performance in leadership reviews. N
