nWe are looking for a CRM & Digital Operations Executive to manage CRM activities, digital marketing coordination, webinar operations, documentation, and basic L1 IT support.
NKey Responsibilities:

- Manage CRM data, updates, reports, and basic troubleshooting. N
- Handle WhatsApp Web/Marketing and Email Marketing activities. N
- Create and manage Zoom & Microsoft Teams meeting/webinar links. N
- Coordinate webinars andprepare registration & attendance reports. N
- Provide basic L1 support for laptops, desktops, software, and connectivity issues. N
- Assist with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. N
- Maintain documentation,trackers, and operational reports.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations. N

nRequired Skills

- n
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, Digital Operations, Back Office Operations, or IT Support. N
- Valuable knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, Email Marketing, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, AI Platforms. N
- Basic knowledge of Windows, laptop/desktop troubleshooting, and MS Office. N
- Good communication, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills. N
