Role Summary
The Jitterbit Developer is responsible for connecting cloud, on-premises, and hybrid software systems using the Jitterbit Harmony integration platform. You will design robust ETL pipelines, create and manage REST/SOAP APIs, map complex data models, and automate workflows across enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, and custom SQL databases.

Key Responsibilities
- Integration Development: Build, configure, and maintain scalable end-to-end integration projects and process automations within Jitterbit Harmony.
- API Management: Design, deploy, secure, and document RESTful APIs and SOAP web services using Jitterbit API Manager.
- Data Mapping & Transformation: Transform data structures across heterogenous formats (JSON, XML, CSV, Flat Files) using Jitterbit Script, JavaScript, or custom formulas.




- System Operations & Agent Support: Administer Jitterbit Private Agents and Agent Groups to optimize performance, high availability, and secure local-to-cloud connectivity.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose runtime errors, failed operations, authentication issues, and performance bottlenecks; implement root-cause fixes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data architects, business analysts, and system administrators to translate technical requirements into production-ready integrations.

Required Technical Skills
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise application integration (EAI) and data integration using Jitterbit Harmony.
- Robust proficiency with web standards and protocols, including REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, HTTP/S, and FTP/SFTP.
- Solid understanding of relational database management systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL) and proficient SQL query writing.
