N### Key Responsibilities
N1. Sales Pipeline & Customer Engagement

- n
- Manage day-to-daysales pipeline and lead follow-ups N
- Conduct customer calls,product discussions and demonstrations N
- Identify new business opportunities and convert qualified leads N

n2. Sales Target Achievement
N
- n
- Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets N
- Maintain accurate salesforecasts and pipeline reports N
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure N

n3. Conferences &Workshops;
N
- n
- Represent ONE Simulation at conferences, exhibitions and workshops N
- Engage with healthcare professionals, institutions and decision-makers N




- Generate leads and actively convert event opportunities into sales N

n4. Sales-Driven Mindset
N
- n
- Strong hunger forachieving and exceeding targets N
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills N
- Proactive, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting N
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences and workshops N

- Passion for sales and business development N
- Ability to build relationships and influence customers N
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and highly accountable N
- Experience in medicaldevices, healthcare, medical education, simulation or B2B sales is an advantage N
