N Strategic Planning & Execution
N - Collaborate with leadership to define and execute business strategy and OKRs.
N - Break down complex problems and drive clarity through structured problem solving.
N - Drive long-term planning, annual goal-setting, and strategic business reviews.
N Program & Project Management
N - Own end-to-end program management for high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
N - Build and maintain project plans, manage timelines, align stakeholders, and ensure accountability.
N - Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and propose mitigation strategies.
N Operational Excellence
N - Analyze internal processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
N - Design dashboards and frameworks to track business performance and health metrics.
N - Champion process automation and scalable systems that support business growth.
N Stakeholder Collaboration
N - Act as a liaison between internal teams such as product, ops, finance, and marketing.




N - Prepare communication materials and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
N - Support leadership withdata, insights, and briefing materials to drive key decisions.
N n Qualifications:
N - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
N - 3+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/ operations management, preferably in the startups, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors.
N - Proven experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations.
N - Robust leadership and team management skills.
N - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
N - Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
N - Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
