- 5-9 years of experience in the Insurance industry N
- 4-5 years of Marine Underwriting experience N
- 4-5 years of Facultative Reinsurance placement experience N
- Strong technical knowledge of Marine insurance and reinsurance N
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills N

- Manage facultative placements and negotiate reinsurance terms N
- Maximize placement outcomes and commission earnings N
- Ensure compliance, documentation, and policy bookings N
- Coordinate premium remittances and endorsements N
- Support claims recoveries and regulatory reporting N
